Wonder at the nest of the giant honeybees hanging from the cliff overhangs and watch as the fearless honey hunters descend ladders made from split bamboo to cut off the combs to harvest the honey.
This trip will start and finish in Kathmandu,with an oppurnity to explore valley's two historical cities of Patan and Bhaktapur. Others optional visit may include, the royal Botanical Gardens at Gordedens at Godavari. From Kathmandu we drive to Pokhara and Begin our trek in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas. We will be walking at a leisurely pace for around 5-6 hours per day. Besides watching the honey hunting,as we teavel through the wonderful counteryside, we will meet the local people and be welcome to their villages, with dancing and entertainment by the local bands.
