Great jungle safari

We couple just completed the Annpurna circuit trek and got some time left in Nepal before returning. We asked Best heritage tour, our trek organizer to organize another small tour before returning. They suggest and organized chitwan national park jungle safari for us. This was a perfect tour as we recently came back from long trekking in cold region and this tour was in mild hot region.

The tour was amazing and saw many animals including elephants, one horned rhino. We even saw tiger which was truly amazing. Not every people got to see such a rare animal in their natural habitat but we got lucky. We even go for a canoe ride and saw many gharials and other aquatic animals. Later we went for traditional Tharu cultural dance. We got amazed by the Tharu culture as it was a completely different culture from what we saw in our previous trek.
