Best time to visit Tibet during Saga Dawa festival

I just went to Saga Dawa festival tour with Best Heritage Tour and must say i was truly amazing and wonderful. The car drive from Kathmandu to Kerung was truly mesmerizing with the amazing views of mountains and rivers. The festival itself was so amazing and vibrant. Watching the Saga Dawa Flagpole raising ceremony near Mount Kailash and starting my Kailash Kora was next level experience for me.
