A different culturally shocking tour

My recent Pharping & Dakshinkali Temple was both culturally shocking as well as culturally amazing tour. Watching the Buddhist people doing their rituals and practicing their culture in Pharping Monastery as well in those caves was amazing. Exploring the Asura cave was fantastic.

Culturally shocking part of this tour came when I saw a devotee was offering the live goat to the goddess in the Dakshinkali Temple. I got a bit shocked but later our guide Mr. Raju told me that I was a common practice in this temple and does not happened in the regular basis. People do so to fulfill their vow that they had given to the goddess and can only be done in certain occasion. I also went inside the temple to worship and later offer some donation to the temple. Overall this with best heritage tour went amazing while discovering something totally new to me.
