Beautiful Cultural Experience

I was expecting an exciting jungle safari, but it was more exciting for me to visit the local Tharu village. After exciting day in Bardiya seeing rhinoceros and elephants, we spent evening at Tharu village and learnt about the culture and traditions of Tharu people. Also we tasted home-cooked food while watching cultural performance. Our fantastic guide Raju Giri translated their stories about living with wildlife and it made me appreciate their lifestyle. This is not only for nature, it is a wonderful mixture of adventure and culture.
