A trek full of flavors!

I had no idea that a short trek could turn into such a culinary haven. Stopping in a Gurung village to sample their home-cooked cuisine was the highlight of the Australian Camp trek. Our guide, Madhav Dhamala guided us to a small, family-run tea restaurant where we sampled yak milk tea, buckwheat toast, and thenthuk, a hand-pulled noodle soup. It was everything organic, fresh, and delicious. I really suggest this short trek, mostly if you like to enjoy Nepal's mouthwatering traditional cuisine in addition to its breathtaking scenery.
